Bess is a 31-year-old woman who has… well, never had an orgasm. Her mom has just passed away, and her group of girlies have gathered for a night of healing. When they find out that Bess, like her mom, has never experienced an orgasm (and believes it’s her destiny not to), they decide that tonight, that will change. This riotously funny and candid new play from Emmalee Manes celebrates playfulness, curious exploration, and the freedom of not having all the right answers.

The show invites the audience to explore the first iteration of the play with Emmalee herself in an intimate, live staged reading.
