Step into a night of fantasy and surrealism at The Disco Ball: Wildest Dreams, using the power of disco to transform the vibrant space at Eastside Bowl into a phantasmagoric dreamscape. Be swept away by lively activations, hidden scenes, and inclusive community, all topped off with an otherworldly disco dance party with beats by DJ RAIDEN. Engage with whimsical performances from some of Nashville's finest talent, and even get a sneak peek at what's in store for Kindling Arts Festival 2026: Utopias this summer. Don your most fantastical garment, celebrate the impossible, revel in the hallucinatory. Unleash your most fabulous self at The Disco Ball.

WHAT TO WEAR

Transport yourself to another world by embracing the surreal and psychedelic: wild textures, animal prints, impossible combinations, stunning headpieces, outlandish accessories. Embrace the fantasy, sparkle from another dimension, and let your imagination run wild. (Sequins always encouraged.)

 

Hors d'oeuvres included with all tickets. Upgrade your experience with a VIP or Patron level ticket to access reserved seating and complimentary drink tickets. All proceeds from The Disco Ball will support artist projects in Kindling Arts Festival 2026: Utopias (July 23-26).

Queen of the Disco Ball Nominations

A new annual tradition at Kindling, each year we crown a Queen of the Disco Ball -- someone who has made a clear and irreplaceable impact on Nashville's creative community. In a city with so few opportunities to honor the work that individuals are doing to uplift, celebrate, and support local artists, this is a chance to recognize someone who is making a big difference. Nominees can be any gender, any age, any discipline, any background -- the field is wide open. The honor can be bestowed upon any member of the arts community, be it a working artist, technician, manager, critic, artistic director, administrator, curator, philanthropist, or other role we have yet to think of. 


DISCO BALL TICKET OPTIONS

Standard Admission: $50
Standing room admission to the full event and dance party, hors d'oeuvres, and access to bowling lanes as available (note: any beverages must be purchased at the cash bar)

VIP Seating: $125
Admission to full event, including reserved seating at a cocktail table near the stage, 2 drink tickets and hors d'oeuvres, and priority access to bowling lanes 

Patron Package: $250
Includes premium reserved seating at The Disco Ball, 2 drink tickets, 1 Treasure Trove key, priority access for bowling, 20% off all passes or tickets for Kindling Arts Festival 2026, and a $100 tax-deductible donation

Kindling Arts develops innovative new works by Nashville’s experimental artists, empowering diverse creators with the resources required to explore challenging ideas in a multidisciplinary context. Now in its 8th year of contemporary programming, Kindling Arts is established as the home radically unique independent artists working in Middle Tennessee. Emphasizing an artist-centered process, our annual 4-day Kindling Arts Festival showcases more than a dozen interdisciplinary collaborations in surprising spaces. The organization has developed more than 95 unique artistic experiences with Nashville-based artists since being founded in 2018.
